3. Products and Availability

Open-It Care sells multitools and related products through the webshop.

We strive to present products and product information as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color, engraving, or appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the webshop include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received through one of the available payment methods.

5. Orders

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Open-It Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • suspected fraud,

  • incorrect pricing,

  • payment issues,

  • unavailable products.

If an order is canceled after payment has been made, the paid amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are carried out according to the Shipping Policy of Open-It Care.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies such as custom-made or personalized products.

All content on the webshop, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Open-It Care unless otherwise stated.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use website content without prior written permission.

Customers are responsible for using the products safely and correctly.
