SHIPPING POLICY – OPEN-IT CARE

1. Shipping Destinations

Open-It Care currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, and selected countries within the European Union. If delivery to a specific country is not available, this will be indicated during checkout.


2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. Personalized or custom-made products may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the webshop whenever possible.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


3. Delivery Times

Average delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–5 business days

  • Belgium: 2–7 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

Open-It Care reserves the right to offer temporary promotions, including free shipping campaigns.


5. Track & Trace

When available, customers will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail once the order has been shipped.

Open-It Care depends on the carrier for the accuracy of tracking information.


6. Delivery Delays

Although Open-It Care aims to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Open-It Care is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure, or other external factors.

If an order cannot be delivered within 30 days, the customer will be informed and has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, the customer must contact Open-It Care as soon as possible via:

Open-It Care will investigate the issue together with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, provide a suitable solution.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.


9. Customs and Import Charges

For international shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
